Isn't it asking too much that we have to reboot the whole game after nearly every match? Forgive me for venting, but I have never participated in a beta that had this many server problems. Shouldn't this be top priority? Why are they messing around with balance issues when you can't even play for 10 minutes without the whole game freezing or logging out constantly? |

1) if rebooting solves the issue, it's not the server. 2) Needing to reboot isn't every match. It's maybe 1 in 5 3) Game development has the Devs split into teams so the game locking up IS a teams top priority. Allocating too many people to a project actually slows down development. 4) A problem like the lockups are usually very difficult problems to solve and sadly, us beta testers don't have the tools to help CCP aside from reporting that we've had an issue. 5) Many games these days release a game demo as a Beta because 'being in a beta is ub3r l33t'. CCP actually wants people to beta test their work and thus we have work to do (Your post is more constructive than most peoples venting though.) |

you're exagerating a bit regarding the freezes and log out. It's way more stable than 2 builds ago when every skirmish was a real freeze-a-looza lol.
Also, it is possible that many of those issues are linked to the game being on Singularity (test server for EVE) that isnt especially known for being very stable. Finally, CCP adds many function with each build thus it creates new problems that takes a while to be fixed.
I'm actually not that surprised by all those unpleasant bugs. |

Note, we are currently on a server not designed to support us. It's obviously sub optimal but necessary to test EVE and Dust interaction so we have to tough it out. So while they continue to improve the battle servers improving SiSi (test server we're on) doesn't make sense since the next build should take us off of it and on to Tranquility, the EVE live server that's more then ready to support us.
So while I feel your pain sir, I understand why it is the way it is. |

+1 to you, yes we are on a test server designed to run 200-400 players, but as of now at peak time its more like 2000-3000 on. So going to TQ will fix all of that very soon, (maybe a week away..) |
