To run as a logi: JUST FOR THIS BUILD
Your Responsibilities: Five R's - Rally - Rezz - Resupply - Repair - Reinforce
Your first build is 2 perishable lvl. 1 Logi - Drop Suits with the three equipment slots - EQUIPMENT on 1: Nanite Injector, Drop Uplink, Nanite Resupply - EQUIPMENT on 2: Nanite Injector, Nanite Resupply, Repper (repair tool) 1and 2 (how I roll - find your play style) High Slots: Complex Damage Modifier, Either a Shield Extender or Recharger (or another damage modifier) Low Slots: Armor Repper and Armor
Make 3 militia versions with the nanite injectors and 1Droplink, 2Supply, 3Repper. 3 limited militia builds wont cost you any money when playing with randoms.
YOUR FIRST JOB: spawn with uplink, place it to rally your troops. If the uplink ever goes down spaw with the uplink again. First placement is for speed, just throw it out. The second the drop uplink goes down, respawn with another uplink build. The rest of the time supply and repair and backup. Figure out your best play style.
Second Job: Reinforce, Rez, resupply, and Repair. Figure out your playstyle to know if your weapon preference. Then stay with your team. YOU ARE NOT RAMBO - a logi is a bulky scout. Slow and low armored you'll survive better when with a group.
Skill Suggestions: - Reinforce Max Weaponry first: you must support your team, defend and take out enemies to create a safe area to rez a teammate.
Your Logi has ONE weapon slot - make it count. Consider maxing a weapon, I usually run a tactical assault rifle for picking off stragglers and snipers or a mass driver, still glitchy and complicated.
Logistics Dropsuit skill up - To the Advanced level and proto eventually if you run with a team (can be done later) for all those module and equipment slots
Drop Suit Command: lvl 3 to max (you disappear off scanner a little more)
Priority: - Rezzing, Rally, and Resupply Nanites: Advanced to Max - Supply points to rep armor Electronics: Max Drop Uplink: 1
- Repping Mechanics: Max (hp buff) Repair: Maxed (Module repper and handheld repper) Remote Repair: 1 to Adv.
Secondary: - Rezzing - to run to them Endurance: Maxed (25% stamina) Vigor: Maxed (25% recovery rate) Mobility: Maxed, modules increase sprinting speed
- Reinforce - Keeping yourself Alive, you can't help anyone if you're dead Engineering: 2 (maxed eventually for bonus CPU) Shield Operation: 4 Shield Upgrades: 4 Shield Mngmnt: 4 These skill will max your shield modules for extenders, recharging, and time to recharge Electronic Upgrades: 1 to max Get your Codebreakers for hacking Armor Upgrades: 1 to maxed Knife Handling: If someone gets too close - it is hard to turn fast enough (get the module to up dmg by 50% too)
Genadier: lvl 4 Get the grenades that explode on impact - you don't have the time to survive waiting for grenades to explode, you want the 1 shot 1 kill ability.
Well, my suggestions and my experience. Enjoy. |

Also, Experiment. I also love to run dropships right now. If it crashes then bail in a unique space for a drop uplink (sniper love it, yes even snipers need love) |

Found it very useful to have a LAV handy, and use that for any real travel.
Good Call with the LAV, but I need the staying power. |

dent 308 wrote:I would recommend replacing the damage mod with another complex extender. You will want enough tank to buffer a round from a sniper. 2 complex extenders can handle most snipers.
I'll give it a shot. Thanx |

I need the complex dmg increase. I'm really to slow to run away, my stealth is non existant, so when I hit someone I need it to count. In this case i need more offense than defense. |
