Okay, so I'm not a COD player, and I'm not a BF3 player. I'm a MAG and KZ3 player, where teamwork is pretty much the be-all and end-all. So before anyone starts telling me to stop pretending I'm playing either of those games, no need to. :D
Anyways, so I've spent a little bit of time with this game, and I would just like to know if this is actually whats happening, or if I'm going mental in my old age.
I spawn. I die. I respawn. With less health and shields. I die quicker because of the reduced stats. I respawn. With less health and shields. I die quicker because of the reduced stats.
And so on and so forth, until the point where even spawning kills me. Well, not quite, but you get my drift.
Is this actually a thing? Someone thought "hey, lets make it that, if you die, you get less and less health every respawn, because no-one will ever think to abuse that by spawn-camping..."?
Seriously?
Or am I missing something totally obvious here?
I've read the manual which explains NOTHING about this, and a search of the forums brings back nada also.
Anyone care to assist?

I haven't noticed reduced stats at respawn. Have you double checked your figures? |

What? I've never had this happen to me. Are you getting revived, or spawning again? Also, the shield/armor counter sometimes bugs and shows no HP, when you actually do have them. But this is new to me. |

Hmmm, that could be possible because i notice after i've died more than 2/3 times in a match i tend to get slaughtered for the rest of the match but if i only die 2/3 times i kick arse.
I may well check the stats myself when i log in again later. |

sure you are not beinf revived. If you are not then that sounds like an odd bug. But you should report it on the bug/glitch page. |

Okay, about to start a battle, will update this post with figures as I go...
EDIT: Hmmm. Doesn't seem to be doing it now. Gonna keep trying. I was spawning as the same class both times, and will continue to do so... |

Could be the difference in opponents. Those matches against better people you are dying more... ? Because in that case, I notice it too. lol |

Are you switching suits to one with less HP?
I know that half the time when I respawn the list of Dropsuits has decided to completely reorder itself and the suit I want to spawn in with, and which is the suit I was just using, is no longer in the same place. |

Okay, so my respawns got goosed, then it froze, requiring a hard reset, and now its fine.

Well, I do notice when I am playing with higher skilled players, because I can take a three shot burst and fall over dead on my scout or logistics build. (Scout build having 124 Shield 100 Armor) But generally the only time you come back with less shield and armor, is when you are revived. |
