you're entitles to your opinion, but really this thread is no different to any other group trying to gather members based upon similarities.

you're basically telling people that are interested in setting up a social group that actually transcends race, culture, language and incidently provides a safe haven against bigotry, that because they will somehow be hated by people they should not set up a place where they can be happy with each other, and get on with playing the game....

basically the guy was presenting the idea that because B "might" happen, A would therefore be a bad idea. Considering that B has already happened right here in this thread, A is actually a good idea.
Furthermore A doesn't really have to have anything to do with anyone that is interested in B, except that people that like B will inflict it whenever they can.
