Fellow dusters. I'm noticing a very disturbing incline in hostility in some of these threads, if its not people arguing about K/DR its people arguing about how much they spend on suits vs tanks vs dropships, or just plain arguing about stuff that makes no sense at all. We are supposed to be a mature community but I'm noticing an uncanny resemblance to the bf3 forums (somewhere I don't tread too often for fear of being insulted/trolled/humiliated etc) This is not bf3, this is something bf3 wished it could be, lets all get along. PEACE AND UNITY!!!!!! |

Monty python's life of Brian, CLASSIC!
Centurion: What's this, then? "Romanes eunt domus"? People called Romanes, they go, the house? Brian: It says, "Romans go home. " Centurion: No it doesn't ! What's the latin for "Roman"? Come on, come on ! Brian: Er, "Romanus" ! Centurion: Vocative plural of "Romanus" is? Brian: Er, er, "Romani" ! Centurion: [Writes "Romani" over Brian's graffiti] "Eunt"? What is "eunt"? Conjugate the verb, "to go" ! Brian: Er, "Ire". Er, "eo", "is", "it", "imus", "itis", "eunt". Centurion: So, "eunt" is...? Brian: Third person plural present indicative, "they go". Centurion: But, "Romans, go home" is an order. So you must use...? [He twists Brian's ear] Brian: Aaagh ! The imperative ! Centurion: Which is...? Brian: Aaaagh ! Er, er, "i" ! Centurion: How many Romans? Brian: Aaaaagh ! Plural, plural, er, "ite" ! Centurion: [Writes "ite"] "Domus"? Nominative? "Go home" is motion towards, isn't it? Brian: Dative ! [the Centurion holds a sword to his throat] Brian: Aaagh ! Not the dative, not the dative ! Er, er, accusative, "Domum" ! Centurion: But "Domus" takes the locative, which is...? Brian: Er, "Domum" ! Centurion: [Writes "Domum"] Understand? Now, write it out a hundred times. Brian: Yes sir. Thank you, sir. Hail Caesar, sir. Centurion: Hail Caesar ! And if it's not done by sunrise, I'll cut your balls off. |

PEACE AND UNITY!!!!!! So your happy to stand in front of my Tactical Assault and get shot in the face numerous times but a few names on the forum and its all emo rage. I think you need to chill this is a war game, peace and unity will make for some boring FPS action.
A war game yes, with a community of people who are mostly aged 25+. I'm not raging, but the majority of EVE players are the same age group and that reflects the maturity of EVE and if I wanted anything other than a mature forum.....I would go back to bf3 |

There is plenty in eve most notably the General Discussion, Crime and punishment and even the Market Discussion can get very rowdy. But my comment were said in jest as there was no Emo or rage in your post.
I know dude :) Anyway......I'm metal, emo is sooooo 1990's ;)

RONNIE JAMES DIO In my mind, we live in Heaven and we live in Hell. God and the Devil are inherent in each of us, and it's our choice to make. You can take the road to good, or you can take the road to bad.
RIP RJD! Give dimebag a high 5 :)
