Ok... we get it... you can kill us, over and over and over again, you reap your precious K/DR and even more precious SP and ISK, you win the matches for your teams and you prolly laugh at the fools who try to take you down (me included!).....
BUT....
Have you ever spared a thought about your team-mates? They are trying to earn those same things you so covert, SP and ISK, but while a team of 3-5 tanks ROFLSTOMPS its way around the map, we the infantry are left with scant pickings. You claim HTFU, how can we? Yes, I would love to do the same as you guys but without any kills left on the battlefield how are we even supposed to get as skilled up as you are....

Don't get this started. STB will come rolling in saying "But we help our team-mates with our "two" tank drivers!!" and then other people will come in saying bullsh*t since nobody seems to like STB (although I don't know why) and this thread will become a huge troll conversation. I know you were trying to make a point with good intentions, but this won't work out well. |

I'm not tank hating, let's get that straight, all i'm saying is c'mon guys give us ground-pounders a fair crack of the whip. Sure call tanks in when they are required then kill everything in sight! I'm all for tanks, they liven things up in Skirmish but honestly what is the point in Ambush? CQC is the name of the game there. A match in Ambush won by two tanks equals 5-10k SP for the average grunt, how much do they get? I ain't ever heard a tank commander say how much he earns during those matches... but I reckon thats a trade secrect!  |

lol@ stb with two, my @ss, was just in a tdm on small rocky map they had four tanks. It was such fun NOT...
they were on my team btw. |

Depends how many kills and on diminishing returns. I normally get 15k for a 20 kill match.
As for the OP, he does have a good point, though I have noticed that I rarely get anyone wanting to be a gunner on my tank, a good gunner will probably get more kills than me so... |

Tanks require no skill whats so ever, i made a tank build and I found it kinda boring and too easy, to me it takes away the satisfaction of killing 4 dudes by yourself with out a tank.

when i have a tank i try to help my teammates by spawn camping an objective so you can hack it but generaly this leads to my demise because my teammates alwase deside not to go there and instead go across the gigantic feild with 20 snipers watching it. also i have a sagaris so you would think some of them would hop in my turrets(or at least when they do they would figure out that when im asking them to get the kitten out of my tank and hack the objective over the mic. that means i want them to hack the objective so i can quit being surrounded by AVs) |
