This would make him liable for any damages to his friends system, not CCP

Part of the menu you have to click though to get into character selection states that by passing the menu you're accepting that CCP accept no responsibility for loss or damage to hardware by using the beta on that console.

Then CCP must not be able to remember that the invalid fitting bug has been around sence last build and they really need to fix it

I read in previous posts that at this point you need to release all of the new content and updates so those can be tested before the release, but it makes it VERY hard do test anything when 50% of our time is spent on reboots and crashes
