Does your performance ACTUALLY affect your contribution at the end of the battle?
I noticed that when I go 11-1, and help take a bunch of points, I got the same contribution as when I went 1-6, and couldn't even get near any objectives. |

How long you have been playing (you get less the more you play without a break), warpoints you have earned outside of just killing, and number of players all seem to have an affect on you ending SP gain. |

You get about 3 games of a decent amount of SP. After that, enjoy your 30k no matter how good you do. |

I've been playing off and on throughout the day thanks to the "all fittings invalid" bug. |

SP gain is based on how many warpoints you get during the game (with decreasing values the more games you play in a day).
ISK appears to be based on how expensive the suits/vehicles are that the other team fields during the match. I played one of the corp matches and got like 250k ISK--much more than in any other game (presumably because they were fielding so many tanks).
Salvage appears to be random--in other words what you killed and how many of what you killed is irrelevant. Sometimes I get a tank for salvage when the other team never even used one as far as I could tell. |

It's based on what you destroy. You get paid by the damage caused. |

I am gonna call BS on that, I have joined games where I 'nade 5 LAV's (fitted ones, not the free ones) dropped two tanks AND taken down an advanced dropship and I got just as much as I did the game after that where I just killed a bunch of militias (= $70-90,000 isk) Same for salvage, I have gotten ONE tank so far in a battle where nobody even spawned a tank and I did AWFUL (I was drunk and falling asleep, a KDR like 2/6) and yet in a battle with tanks crawling all over the place me blasting them to pieces I get mediocre sp, ISK and 5 nanohives. And while diminishing returns are noticeable this has happened at the beginning of my play-time too |

that's what i've noticed. i seem to get more SP doing logistics stuff/hacking than killing, and more isk for killing than for team support.
don't just leave your team hanging, always have a support item on your fittings. nothing turns around a battle like everyone having nanoinjectors.

I get 110-140 ISK regardless of if I go 0/0 or 29/4, though sometimes I'll get around 200k for those good games. I haven't had a single game since they upped the payout where I make less than 100k though.
Oh, and if you just sit in the turret of a tank, you're basically guaranteed over 200k ISK, even if you hardly get any kills. |
