Units [max of 9, smallest] - Tens [max of 99, next smallest] - Hundreds [Max of 999, next smallest] - Thousands [max of 9999, next smallest]
Hours [max of 24, smallest] - Minutes [max of 60, next smallest] - Seconds [max of 60, tied with minutes]
Month [max of 12, smallest] - Day [max of 31, next smallest] - Year [max of 99/9999/infinite, largest]
Why is it so hard to keep things in the correct order......

(Well, if Europeans did to time what they do to dates, it would've been 11 minutes past 8, but even you're not that crazy.)
