I like the idea of a more detailed breakdown, even if it were decided that for some reason the specific numbers weren't an option perhaps we could get a pie chart or something to show what portion of your eared SP/ISK (one for each SP and ISK) came from what types of sources (i.e. kills, revives, hacks etc).
Bear minimum I think that assists should be included in the end game rankings and displayed clearly, after all the logi, dropship pilots, ect. can be key to victory so they shouldn't be displayed end of match as only 0/4 (or whatever). Point being showing only kills and deaths is incomplete to the point of being misleading.
Beast case would be something like EVE (as mentioned by a prior poster) where the information is much more comprehensive and detailed. And awox (killing your own team for those new to EVE speak) should definitely be included in the available information.

These features are planned for the next build (or so I hear). In light of that I wanted to bring this thread back to the top as a reminder to folks that we already have a place to post our feedback on the subject.
Hopefully we have a good system from the word go, but since most things are improved with some polish and testing let's make sure we bring our feedback here and get things ship shape sooner rather than later

Ok first impressions of Codex features related to this topic.
I am enjoying the new post match 'leaderboard' with its display of (and ranking by) war points rather than KDR. So thank you CCP for that.
That having been said I still would really like to see a break down of SP earned (i.e. a list of the sources for that match) or if not SP than a list of the WP earned. Even a pie chart with a simple % display would be nice (tho I'd prefer something more detailed).
The main drive here is to get match feedback regarding where we preformed well and where we were weak. This allows us to refine our fits, deployment choices and player skills. (compared to the current system which leaves a lot of "eyeballing" when it comes to assessing a match)
