Past few days everytime I have been in a match Dust gets rnadom lag spikes where the picture bascially freezes for half a second or so every 10 seconds or so. It cant be me I played BF3 and a few racing games online to see if it was me who was lagging, but in those online games I got no lag at all so its only Dust where I get them. Its pretty damn anoying tbh

 Anyone else having this problem

I've noticed this as well, playing against other AU players on what i'd imagine is AU servers, lag spikes that freeze up the player but not everyone else around you, because after the spike is finished either the player im shooting at has taken more damage or I have.

I would get a lag spike every so often (nothing major), before this last update, but now I seem to get alot more of it and when the corp battles are going on, I seem to get so much that I'm often disconnected from battles. Beats me if the lag is connected with corp battles or sisi just can't handle the load very well, or I'm just in a bad spot and don't ping well because my route is going through a bad server on its way to ccp.

Lag has increased as CCP has started inviting more people to the Beta. It's my opinion they're over stressing their test servers.

From what I saw of their server trackers, Sisi's being heavily overstressed. It's effecting the in-game marketplace as well by causing desync issues.

Just to clarify, the OP is pointing out the frame lag / low frame rates that spontaneously occur. Not issues with the OP's internet.

Get a solid state drive. It's not a lag spike, it's a render spike as it is waiting on a fetch of a texture or effect.

 actually no it isnt >.<

on mic with two other aussies and we'd all get the lag spike at the same time, comm's weren't affected but everything else was, every time.

This occurred even when we'd spawned into a match where our 3 man team out numbered the other team...hardly a challenging load for the ps3.

bring on the new build!!!!....ps please fix Mass Drivers....

Well both can happen at the same time. But the screen freeze is different from lag. Sorry for not specifying more clearly.
