New build is probably another month away. The time between the E3 build and Precursor was about a month and a half, wasn't it? Maybe more? The real question is whether the next build would mark open beta or not. If so, that might be the last reset. If not, they may not reset at all until the open beta build. |

From what I understand from a DEV comment (I cant remember in which Forum thread), the plan in for only ONE more reset. (it might change, but is not the plan), and it was inferred that the reset were to happen at the launch of the next build, as it will move Dust to the MAIN EVE server (Tranquility), and it was also inferred that the Beta would remain closed for a little time after that, giving testers a little head start.
My own guess is that the new build will arrive somewhere between the end of September, and mid October, that it will reset us, and we'll go live on TQ, while they fix any network bugs. Once that happens about 14 days later, the beta will open to the public, still being a beta though. The final build will then arrive mid December with no reset.
Then again, I think we might just get a final beta build in December, with an official release date revised to early 2013. |
