Made the switch to KB/M immediately. Once I've gotten into the groove, I have no doubt my overall performance will increase. While I'm used to using KB/M for FPS on the computer, I'm equally used to playing with a controller on the X360, since that's where most of my friends play. I just can't get comfortable with the DualShock 3, though, and it's been driving me crazy.
Sadly, I only got to play maybe half a dozen matches or so after KB/M was implemented, because I rather severely injured my hand; go figure. It's healed enough now that I should be able to manage KB/M without too much trouble, but it's likely going to be a while still before I'm back at full capacity. |

The lack of good M/KB support in FPS games is what kept me from buying a console sooner (got a PS3 today mainly for Dust).
Anyone who ever played Quake etc knows that the aim is WAY more accurate with M/KB.
It might be different if the game is optimized for the DS3, and not as vertical as Quake but you should still be much better of with M/KB. I'll be trying it later tonight. The combo with the controller in the left hand is kinda clever as well. |

Nice cheeky idea, I might try that. Get the best of both worlds. |

Give it a try, you can still hold the controller in your non-dominant hand to move and aim if you dont want to hold down the right mouse button. Its a neat controller concept if you think about it.. however I don't do it all the time anymore, but whenever I do snipe its nice to be using the mouse. |

KBM is so much more comfortable, the ds3 turns way too fast for my liking now, even on lowest sensitivity.
i can easily maintain a target while moving all around with my good old kbm |

Sticking with DS3. Bought my 1st console for DUST. I'm much more comfortable with kb/m but the old adage 'Work on your weaknesses - your strengths will take care of themselves' keeps playing in my head =P
But I'm loving how comfortable it is to play with a controller! Much better ergonomics. |

KBM Aiming in FPS just seems so much easier for me with my super dpi gaming mouse then the dualshock. Really hope to see some more support for customization though. Cant even activate a shield booster with keyboard right now... |

its nice to see some diversity in control methods, and nobody is really "on top", this might be a serious victory for CCP
there aren't many MOVE users though, which is a shame. is it still troublesome to control? i have a move but haven't dusted it off since i tried it last build and borderline vomited |

I'm definitely still using DS3. But its easy to spot out keyboard userd, you can see it how they aim and move, i still think that the keyboard don't belong in this game. |

I've been jumping between ds3 and keyboard constantly. I typically use ds3 for my tank controls as it turns slowly and requires me to pick up and move my mouse to aim anywhere. I use kbm most of the time for infantry, and I use the ds3 to navigate menus a lot. If I'm not doing to well with one I will just take a second to put it down and switch. |

So, if I could use myy Mouse to correctly choose my objects from the vehicle ring menu, I would use only a keyboard/mouse. But because there is much missing for Keyboards and Mouse, I need to swap between DS3 and Keyboard/Mouse all the time.
By Feet : Keyboard/Mouse Vehicle : DS3 Menu navigation : DS3
it would be great, if you could change in settings the tooltips. For Example press red circle to hack should be replaced by "press E to hack" I get all the time confused, especially at the beginning of a match (spawning) and afterwards.
