It'd be nice if KDR were calculated based on the type of weapon used to get the kill/death. |

Once null sec opens up, it will definitely be rude awakening. I couldn't see a corp putting up with people who care about their KDR. At the end of the day its about who takes districts and does it in a cost effective way. |

Ditto, altho I gont give a kitten about KDR, I want to WIN THE GAME.
I also don't give a damn if there are 4 known tank drivers on the other side (sigh), I won't quit a match, thats not me. Only time I will ever exit a match is due to freezing up or invalid fits. |

If the watch list is goIng to be the same as in eve it functions like this, your contacts list shows you who are online when you look at it but if say my friend bob was on my watch list a small square with his avatar and his name in green pops up when he comes online and a square with his avatar and name in red when he goes offline.
It's separate function then the contact list because it's such a huge list in eve most of the time it would be popping like crazy |

Oh yeah, I'm with you - I'm a fellow eve guy - I just wasn't sure if they were going to do it that way (if at all). |

The only time I was disconnected mid-battle was once right when I died. Obviously people trying to keep their KDR in tact |

There should be another statistic tracked: Number of matches quit without finishing.
Then we can see who's punking out. Sure, it'll unfairly count the people who got disconnected but I think it's a fair price to pay for seeing who's being a little *****. |

Why? Some battles are just not worth fighting for. You get nothing if you quit mid game, but for my knowledge you still loose the gear you used. Not that it matters as most players don't give a flying **** about stats anyways.
Besides isn't EVE universe known of it's traitors, spies, groups of players banding together just to wreak havoc on economy etc? if you want information about your enemies or allies you should earn it, buy it, gather it. |
