DUST Search - Stop forcing us into Ambush

Exactly. DUST has to attend to its own niche, which is a much more in depth version of MAG. This is what MAG players are looking to as a sequel, it is what EVE players will play, and I suspect Battlefield players also.

The shooting mechanics are far from perfect, but the team working aspect is great.

I hate ambush too. never been a fan of team deathmatch, COD killed it for me, BUT......they need to test ambush more than skirmish, and that's why we are here......to test, so I'll stick it out as long as I have to.

Loved Team Deathmatch in Warhawk....not so much here. It needs objectives and team bases.

But to be honest ambush is always going to be there. The majority of dusters prefer skirmish but there's always a % of people who don't have time for a lengthy game of skirmish.......so they choose ambush instead. Ambush is the marmite of game modes, you either love it or hate it.

A half dozen lone wolves are simply not going to be as effective as a tight knit squad that supports each other. With a good squad we leave most ambush games with 20+ clones in the bank and I'm a mediocre marksman at best.

As there are bugs with Instant Battle still, I doubt we'll get those options back any time soon (but that is just mere speculation).
