damn i just described blackops 2 aka the savior of console FPS games. but wheres the innovation in BLACK OPS? Skill based leagues what do you mean by that? Everybody is going to be able to compete in leagues according to their skill level. Meaning people will be able to play competitively at various skill levels.

Because Halo , Battlefield bad company , and shadow run had it way before BO2. Anyway they said they want a triple a shooter .
