I experienced something similar I was tryin to find a good place to snipe from and became stuck I heard a wierd noise and died. I was not in the unsafe zone which usually shows numbers and the screen turns red until u get to safety. |

Those are environmental glitches. If you encounter them suicide. Return to the position and take a picture with your cell or a camera ( yay no screenies ^^) and mail it to: [email protected] After this erase the picture ( burn the camera and kill everyone that has ever known you owned the camera) to fullfill the NDA ;)
This will call some DEVs with shovels to the place and they will fill the pothole of doom. |

A few places will think that you're falling. so you will hear the noise, sometimes you can turn on your intertia stab when ur 1 foot from the ground. I found this out while jumping between some of this boxes in maps, look like giant cargo containers, next to a wall. You can also find them in random places in terrain. or in between pipes. |

I've experienced this myself. Sometimes if I'm jumping up a hill side that is a little too steep to walk up, but I can get higher by jumping, sometimes when I come down I won't hit the ground all the way... it's like I get stuck on an 'air pixel' above the ground, maybe a jagged edge from a terrain panel.
After I'm good and stuck, all I hear is wind as I fall and fall. Oddly, I can throw a grenade beneath my feet and still blow myself up. So it's registering me as falling, but falling nowhere. |

I've been trapped in the various crevasses under pipes before, but last night I got permastuck on a lumpy two foot hill. Had to suicide, because all the enemies mysteriously ran in fear from my little scout with his foot caught in something. |
