I'm tired of having DUST lock up my system so that my only option is to unplug it, risking corrupting my hard drive.
I don't mind bugs, or even the game crashing, but hard-locking my system all the time is not something I'm willing to put up with. |

yeah that happens way too often, after a match, before a match, its too much but i'd rather play than not |

Yup, it's happened to me twice already where I had no choice but to unplug on the back of the PS3 and I hate that. Was prompted that my drive might be corrupted and that's not right at all. |

Its happened to me today, though I doubt it will hurt anyone's hardrive. Had to unplug it, not a big deal to me. |

Ps3 will say that every time is turned off incorrectly. 'might be corrupted' does not mean it is. |

Got a brand new ps3 to play dust.
Never happened to me (yet) - played three days.
It has autocorre-์tion for errors, dont worry.
It cant break your hdd.
Anyway,
Why is batman GOTY edition coming to ps3 in europe 4 months after USA???
(i was searching for some other totles for my wife aliby that ps3 is for kids not me lol) |

Hard locked 2 times last night,
This build is unplayable for me, if it isn't a hard lock up, its invalid fit, if its not that its a frozen room where only select works to see the communication tab.
Way to big of a risk for the ps3 to be corrupt.
True if it says it MIGHT be corrupt, usually it is not, but your in for a hell of a time if it actually does go(which could be anytime it happens) |

No, it isn't and CCP should take the game down until they fix it.
They're really showing how little they care about the players. |

I agree, although I haven't had to unplug my PS3 as of yet. Dust freezes and then I have to click the menu button and quit the game and come back in. Too much freezing at the moment, and it really makes me want to wait for the next build as well. |

I don't lock up (at least not a hard lockup) but Dust does just stop responding. I have to quit and come back in. Actually I just quit and come back at another time only to find that it does the same thing.
The biggest issue I found is when a game is done. It will quit responding then or (the more frequent times) is when I choose Instant Battle. It hangs up in the menu after all the players have been put together.
I'm done playing until this is resolved. I do not have time to sit there and wonder. That being said, I'm usually playing Eve anyway when I'm playing Dust. Since I'm mining most of the time it is not a difficult gig. |
