The current implementation is just a placeholder till they figure out where they want them. The problem is that a few builds back, you could rack up obscene kills just by shooting it, which many people abused. Now, they hardly even tickle infantry, which also isn't right.

Also the splash damage could be raised and widen to about 40 and 2.5 meters. Regardless of my ideas, they need an ammo cap raise
