Actually, the site's got very little to do with mittens, He just pays the bills. If you check the website out you'll see stuff is posted by everyone, from our enemys to our allies to neutrals.
It's actually a legit attempt at being the "Go to" place for EVE news, as Digi stated, Mittens didn't want the site to be named after him at all but the decision was made based on the fact that everyone knows him.
Jack Freedumb, Some of what you've said there is true and some of it's not. I'll go into more detail and pick it apart tomorrow, mainly because i want people to get the right idea, if they still hate us and don't want to read the site/contribute that's down to them and nobody is going to have a problem with that at all, but i think it's only fair people have the correct idea before casting judgement. A lot of what's said about us is assumptions and bias, we just tend to play up to it too.
I'm going to bed because it's 2am and it's my birthday tomorrow but i will be back to reply in a sensible fashion, if anyone else has any actual questions they want to pose to someone inside goonwaffe feel free to post them and i'll try to reply if i can and so long as it's not OPSEC.

I've no idea, you'd have to ask EVE News 24, personally, i know our site will be covering dust as there's quite a lot of us who play dust already and we're banking on it being a big part of the alliance and the war effort in the future. |

Not entirely true there :p , you require anyone signing up to your forums to add a lifetime allowed viewing of thier assets.. which is a request many other alliances and corporations do not require, where does this info go?
Depends on how you look at it, we require a full API but that's pretty normal for all large corps now, it's more of a security thing.
We still have access to that information but it's freely given. What was suggested is that we data mine and store information on people against their wills and against the law, which is totally not the case.
The information is only able to be accessed by a very, very small group of people anyway and even then it's with the EVE API tools so it's all legit. |

With the announcement that Dust will make it's debut on Singularity with factional warfare it maybe in peoples interest to keep up to date with what's currently going on in FW.
There's a new piece on our site covering the recent rallying of Amarr against the Minmitar war machine and how they are starting to rally and force their enemys back now that their backs are against the wall and only have a single system left.
