What kinds of benefits/ drawbacks do you think Pilot dropsuits are going to have? Has anyone heard any word from CCP about it yet? |

eases the controls and makes the ship better and stuff.... plus you get more bonuses if your turret guy kills someone... |

Lol, well obviously but I ave to wonder how they will integrate that, I have thought over the mechanics of it and can;t see how a suit would make flying "easier" you know? |

My theory: it'll be the only way to pilot aircraft. They'll stop allowing other dropsuits to do it once the pilot suit goes live. |

it will be fast as hell and have skills that are exclusive to vehicles like bonuses to how long/fast the gun shoots vehicle speed and passive vehicle rep+faster shield recharge.
but will die in like 2 hits from a pistol because itll have no armor. |

maybe but in an M Night Shamalamadingdong twist, ccp has decided to make them have a base speed of 10m and a run speed of 15m and then to make sure they have a chance they are going to have shield regen at 75% before any modules are added because they Avatar link with their expensive ship it is okay. |

Enhanced Vision in craft. IR/NV?
Warzone Data.....I don't like using other games stuff
but maybe some kind of spotting/marking ability for team/war points
towards those tasty tasty orbital strikes |

Sweet idea, I am really curious to see what other flying vehicles they put out. I am a pilot when I can afford it (pretty damn good too if I may say so myself), but so far I am just raising sniper with a side of assault to get that sweet sweet SP |

interesting idea, but its more likely that they will provide quite a noticeable bonus to driving or flying, speed, stability of weapons, tank, cap, stuff like that |

a dev hinted the other day that it will be like training wheels for a bicycle
i'm guessing one small weapon slot, I'll have to work on my scrambler skills |
