i just started playing dust 514, when i joined into the game i had to change the sensitivity setting because they are very low, even on 100% they are still to low, so i try ed mouse and keyboard again putting the sensitivity to max, and it is still to low i have to move my mouse all the way across my desk to do a 180, i constantly get killed because i can't turn around fast enough.if i play counter strike on PC i have the sensitivity setting to about half way, and its perfect. If i play call of duty on PS3 i have my sensitivity on 8 9 or 10 which is way higher than this game, for people like me this game is unplayable due to the options.i feel very restricted and its frustrating. its nice that you added keyboard and mouse support but for people like me it is unplayable. |

This might be an issue with a particular type of mouse. I'm using a Logitech MX 518 and I've found sensitivity a bit low, but it's nothing like as bad as you're describing. What brand of mouse are you using? |

its not the mouse that is the problem (corsair vengeance m60) i tried 2 different mice , i exaggerated a bit with all the way across the desk thing its about 1ft, plus the analog on the controller is super low too. |

There is a hard cap on the speed at which you can turn, try moving your mouse more slowly, you will turn farther for the distance you move the mouse. |

I've actually noticed that if you are careful with your movements, and slide the mouse rather slow, you can get yourself to turn around faster than if you try and zip your mouse across the desk. |

I know all this but i still think its too slow, i like it really high with K/M and controller.i think the max sensitivity settings on games should always be higher than anyone can handle to make sure every one has there personal requirement.while playing the game with K/M and controller i feel the game is limiting how well i can play. |

It's the dropsuit sensitivity speed roof. |

This basically. I understand balancing K/M and DS2 input methods so an increase in sensativity across the board would be useful. Its geting old be shot in the rear and dieing before my guy turns 45 degrees. Not got a fair chance to defend ones self.

I see that there is lots of people who think the sensitivity is fine, and i seem to be in the minority, but this seems like a very simple change to me.its just really annoying getting shot i the back so much, it feels like i am playing on a 2 sensitivity if this was call of duty.without sounding big head i have incredibly good analog stick and mouse control and this is just limiting my ability as a player.in my opinion the speed should be doubled at least. If this does not get changed in the final game i don't think i can continue playing, So far this is the only problem i am having. |

You may need to lower your sensitivity and move the mouse slower. If you attempt to go faster than the dropsuit sensitivity roof, it will slow you down. Make sure mouse smoothing is off. This is my theory and what has been working for me anyway. |

These people are exactly right. The problem with KB/M is that high sensitivity is counteractive. You can only turn as fast as your suit lets you (regardless of if you're using a controller or a mouse), so ideally you want your sensitivity set at a level similar to that so that the game's turn speed matches how much you move your mouse.
There's no use asking for a major change to dropsuit turning speeds - it isn't going to happen, and before KB/M was implemented nobody was really asking for it anyway. Set your sensitivity appropriately and you'll realize it's actually pretty good. |

people keep telling me i am doing it wrong -_- i am not, controller is too low and so is K/M like i said i like a "high sensitivity" and this game dose not offer that.so i won't be playing due to frustration. This drop suit speed limit is stupid in my opinion. |
