I love the game, think it's great. It's got some issues, which i'm sure are being addressed. But i have several emails detailing my participation in weekend testing entitling me to dropsuit bpo's that were supposed to arrive in an August 2012 build. Here we are, the end of August, the build has dropped, PS+ members are flooding in, i'm shooting them in the face. Lovely, but alas, where are my new dropsuits? One is an unspecified 'assault' suit, the other is 'Skinweave' logistics suit. And i could swear there was supposed to be a scout suit incoming as well.
I must add that i've played at least 1-2 rounds every day the beta has been available to play, so as to be assured of receiving these items.
Are CCP waiting until the last minute of August is up?
Is there another build dropping this week?
Did they forget about this promotional material in the face of Sisi migration?
I certainly hope not on all 3. I got the ISK rewards, got the SP, but no suits.

will we lose these skinweave dropsuits when the final game comes out or do we get to keep them permanently throughout the game. |

so it seems it is SOONtm. 8 days till the end of August. They are optimizing the rewards as per GM Unincorn. SO if we don't see them soon, we need to flood the support email with our dissatisfaction.
At least that is a little more info amongst the vague cloud of sureties. |

Why is everybody waiting for those dropsuits? They are somewhere between standard and advanced like the dragonfly so dont expect as much. |

Just because they should be cool. No real other reason. oh yeah, and their Free, and 'Should" be a little better then the standard fit. One more thing. It's kind of a Kudos to the beta testers. Like I said. Cool.  |

Not to mention the savings in isk. Thats a spare 8-10k per death you won't be spending on a basic non-militia suit. Slight edge in fitting and gameplay, HUGE advantage over time for the bank account. |

Still not got the new free suit yet?? had the million sp & cash (which is missed very much) but not had the Skinweave logi suit. August is almost over, where is the suit? |

WoW! Such ingrates. The question seemed reasonable enough to me NOT to deserve such a mean spirited response. I often wonder about those that make such comments and begin to think about all of the shortcomings they must feel that they have that would make them into such trollish people. Then I take that nanosecond to realize that it is usually what lies between the legs that causes such attitudes and lack of fore thought in the devising of their comments and conjecture.
We would ALL like to know when we are getting our new, free toys.

I too would like to get the drop suit that was promised, but more importantly I'd like to know if they plan on having another 1 million kill event? I do miss the million SP / ISK. I've looked at the Dev post on the drop suit delay, it's understandable. Just wish they would move it along. Still enjoying the game without the new suit. |
