MOST of the market items are BPC. all vehicles you can buy will be BPC (you do start with one BPO lav, but you get it as part of your starter gear, so you can't "buy" it.) the only BPOs you can buy as of this typing are infantry militia stuff, and vehicle militia MODULES, but not the vehicles themselves.

Are all items in the marketplace BPC? As of this posting milita gear (not vehicle hulls) are all BPO. CCP is going to experiment with turning milita gear into BPCs for a while and well I expect the community to blow up over that one.
