The UVT could be a nice feature but it needs some changes.

Talking during a battle to allied EVE player in the orbit should be free or should require an installation bought with ISK.
Talking during a battle to people on other battlefields on the planet could require UVTs but I would be for a installation too.
In the war barge every voice chat should require UVT.
It should be deactivated on default and you have to turn it on if you want to use it. It should stay active for that day then.

A capture card

After a battle you can watch it again in different views and save your favorite scenes.
Saving screenshots in third and first person view should be free.
Saving videos in third and first person view should cost AUR. There should be different packs 1 min saving time..... 1 AUR, 30 min......25 AUR etc.
You could buy other views for AUR too like bullet cam, view from the MCC etc.

Personalizing

A few prebuild designs for weapons, dropsuits and vehicles should be free like different camo styles for most common environments.
Other prebuild or individual designs should cost AUR.
Different sights, HUDs and screens should cost AUR.

Sending

You should be able to send your fittings, designs, screenshots and game videos to people in your contact list for AUR.

They all would have no influence on the gameplay and wouldnt advance the players who use them.
