Beld Errmon Tal-Romon Legion Amarr Empire 479	Posted - 2012.08.22 09:34:00 - [7] - Quote Road kills drive me nuts, but it does help that once you get them out of their LAV they usually have the shooting skills of a toddler, shame that people are figuring out how to avoid getting one shotted by standard AV grenades and or fitting their LAVs to last longer. I guess i'll have to level up grenades soon.

I have found that on the map where objective B is up a hill (I forget the name of it) you can easily dodge most LAV's charges at you unless they catch you right in the open, but it is a tad annoying to have them keep on doing it over and over and over.

We'd pushed the guys back to their default starter spawn point in the unsafe area, so we wound up just sniping them and killing the odd LAV that tried to break through. In the end I just stood around as I wasn't really needed since I was a medic at the time.

Even when the swarm misses head on, the missiles turn on the spot and hit the LAV. Only protection is putting something between you and the missiles.

Mr TamiyaCowboy Condotta Rouvenor Gallente Federation 121	Posted - 2012.08.22 12:04:00 - [19] - Quote CCP need to make the driver hit counter work. then it takes one clean shot in a fraction of a second and that poor driver is sent back to the cloning bay. i find a driver is more useless when his gunner dies. then he jumps out gets into the gunner seat, and well he meets the maker to lol. i think if you run someone over you should LOOSE 25% of the SP you get at the end of match. run over 4 people that 25% is stacked x4 = 0 sp gained. kiddies, grand theft auto is -----> that way

The other day I attempted to jump over one that was trying to ram me (he was whipping around sideways to catch me if I sidestepped). He clipped my foot along the way, knocking my health down almost all the way before exploding into a fireball. Wish I could have seen the instant replay on that one.

I think there is a bug, missiles don't explode when they hit ground. At least they rarely do.
