I could be wrong, but l believe the quality of the targets you take out and the equipment you are using gain you more points as well.......say your using low tier against a top tier person and win, you get more Sp.He also lm guessing brings down a lot of Dropships and tanks, which has Sp bonuses too, more so then a standard kill/assist[think its like 50-100].
I was under the impression that taking out better/higher level players was an ISK reward and not an SP reward. |

That is my understanding at least.
I thought that when viewing the screen at the conclusion of a match it shows you SP based on your specific contribution to the match...say 10,000 (and I thought SP was directly correlated to war points and command points for squad leaders). So if your contribution was 10,000 SP worth, than with the booster, you would receive 15,000 SP for that match (10k for contribution and 5k from the booster). |

I did say l could be wrong:) Really wish we had some sough of true guide to what aids in SP etc.
understood and I could be wrong as well...
I agree, some sort of guide would answer a lot of questions but then we would just have a new thread complaining about the guide...

But that is somewhat irrelevant as my roomie with the EVE code is also playing in this build, so theoretically we should receive the same base points for the exact same actions. I mean, it could just be some odd coincidence as we have only sunk about 18 hours each into this build, but it is rather odd to us that he earns more points than me on a consistent basis with near matching KDR, and I have a skill booster in.
Keep in mind that when you turn on your game for the first time in a 24 hours period, you gain SP more quickly and it deteriorates over time within that 24 hour time frame.
EX;
your first game of the night you perform A, B and C and your stats are X, Y, and Z --- your SP is say 40,000
in your 7th game of the night, you perform A, B, and C and your stats are X, Y and Z (the EXACT same as your first game) --- your SP will only be about 20,000
now if you take this into account, maybe you are playing your third game of the night and your roommate is on his first or second --- you two perform the exact same but he gets more SP... |

essentially, yes |
