push start button, join clan, get yelled at by redneck, log back into main character, try to get into a game, talk to random cool dudes, stare at loading screen, logout and try again |

This will explain the basics of lore, dropsuits, leveling, and the market. For FPS basics I would suggest playing some matches with all militia gear and try experimenting with the four defsult suits untill you find a style you are confortable with. God speed! |

Battle a few times to get the hang of it before u decide what you want to skill on. Gain more ISK to buy skill books and equipment. Skill your weapons to make them more effective. Skill your engineering/electronics/mechanics to make your dropsuit more effective on the battlefield. I could say more but that's a start ;) good luck. Remember it's only a Beta.
