I have high speed internet, and never had issue downloading quickly. But my ps3 is telling me that it takes 400 (7 hours) minutes to download the new patch? I was in the beta a month ago, so it is updated to that point.
How long did it take for you guys? |

Varies some people it took 10 minutes and others it took 2hours+. For me the patch took close to 2 hours even though the download of the game took less then 10 minutes. You could keep retrying the update see if that works. |

was the download size 2277 mb? because that is what im looking at. And if my ps3 is correct- it will be 7 hours for me with 17 mb download internet (i just checked my download speed). |

Took around 18 minutes for me (displayed 35 at first, number kept dropping). I've had issues with other games downloading though, for instance WipeOut HD. Whatever the most recent patch was, I was trying to download it for 2 days - I'd say yes to update, screen would go black, and my PS3 would crash. Then on day 3 it just suddenly worked.
My advice, try again later. |

This build,the last build and the build before that all took me at least eight hours but including the game it took me a day to finish downloading the game with the first build |

It's not ONLY your connection, it's how active the PSN servers are at the time as well.
If lots of people are gaming on the core Sony servers, AND a bunch of downloads are running simultaneously from the same server, then you're going to see MUCH longer download times, EVEN if you have the best connection physically possible.
I'm on ADSL2+, so not the best, but for that type of connection, it's pretty good. I only had about 30 mins downloading, but I've had similar files take anything from 10 minutes to 2 hours depending how busy the local Sony servers are at the time. |

what are your router settings
static or not
got a dmz
and all your ps3 setting
and do you have media server on
i am try to find a cause for it but you might have a different problem.
as 7 hours is not as much as i have seen. |

wait, i'm sorry, i may sound ignorant, but it's only because i haven't been near anything DUST 514 since yesterday morning when they were fixing the server and such. so i wanted to ask is there a new update i have to download today? |

quickest and easiest way to fix it is make the new build available to download at psn.
currently you need to download to old one then patch it but the patching part is not working for some. |

Don't know. I was asleep when it updates. My ps3 has an auto update as a ps plus member. |
