It should not be against the NDA if it's posted on the BETA forums and not public forums as you are allowed to share information with other testers... I think.... pretty sure.... think I might reread the NDA when I can log back in to DUST but it would be kind of silly if you can't talk to other beta testers. We're seeing everything you type about the game here anyway, which, where it a public forum, would be a nono...

Yeah, since it is on the forums only, It should be fine, just the fact that the document is located on something off the Forums worries me. Ill post the first draft on Sunday, which includes the all the basic Militia Gear in the General Discussion session for those who want to read it
