It might just be they had their skill points dedicated to the task.
Although I have had instances of being killed faster than I should have been when I was in an assault dropsuit. |

they seem fine to me,
being at the lower scout suits is alot easier to die then an assault.
if you die from a scout right now
you're either bad, or they were better, or server lag has been effecting my deaths as a scout |

This forum needs its own minigame where we can skill up for weapons and then nuke accounts that can't spell or provide useful feedback. |

i know of one guy who runs around in a heavy suit, with the "storm.." AUR AR, and he consistently kills my scout at sniping range 
the ishukone sniper rifle takes him down to 10% shields, 70% armor, 40% armor, etc.
the storm... AUR rifle 3-4 hits me even with 2 armor plates on....
I used to cry about it :)... till i stuffed a breach and tactical AR fitting into my collection... both with RE.... now wehn i see him i just kite him thru a maze, and he gives me some space.... its a love hate relationship  |

they walk back and forth so you cant scope in at them and when you no scope its either to inacurate or they move faster than your bullits |

with the (s)hit detection the way it is scout suits are currently broken
of course it wont seem that way to ppl that obv abuse it and think its their godly "legend strafe" skills that allows them to rambo a small grp headon and survive
main reason i have refused to use scout suits till hit detection is 100% fixed |
