PS3 controller way too sensitive and sensitivity settings do not work!

Now anything more than the smallest of corrections and it's all over the place. I do wonder though, is the new sensitivity setting the X and Y numbers? The ones that range from 0-100 at intervals of 10? Or is it the selection under the Motion-controller that is labelled as reticle sensitivity (or something similar) that ranges from 0-100 at intervals of one (like the old build did)? I tried turning on the aim assist and it seemed to help a little bit. I didn't get to try it out a lot with the server coming down and all.
