Seriously though, where in the T&C's did it provide a price? The word "purchase" is used all over the place to confirm a transaction. Have you ever downloaded something from PSN? if you are playing Dust then I already know the answer, so if you agreed to the purchase agreement with them, then you have already, by precedence, acknowledged that a purchase does not constitute an exchange of money. So why are you accusing them of something that is not even a real concern when they are trying to fix the game we are all enjoying for free? |

Perhaps this is legal mumbo jumbo but as stated before this game is beta and free to play for those participating in it. That was what i signed the last time, why it has changed i can only assume its about to become open beta or am i seriously wrong on this?
as for the troll who keeps replying to his own violations, we shall let the GM decide. i made a Constructive post about duck hunting and why i dont think this latest build is the correct one, i feel the game has progressed backwards yet from what im seeing they are getting ready to ship the game into the next phase open beta.
seriously - i think the insults have turned the other way - thanks for calling a loyal suporter of CCP for six years playing EVE and Dust for quite some time, a troll - how is that not a violation of your own?

Dust Sniffer f-ing LOL - seriously!! ROFFL! On a side note seems the Beta Eula is back again, the Purchase to play seems to off vanished guess it was a mistake on CCPs part. Its just a pity the Trolls and Children who obviously dont meet the Pegi requirements of this game can flaunt the forums here with ease. Adults dont insult or troll if you do your not an adult and yes quote me on that one too.

Listen sir, with all due respect, if you have served in any war, you have my ut most respect -- no matter whose side you're on. If you will notice, this is a game that we should be rallying around and not squabbling over -- so -- lets try to cut CCP some slack and lets try to remember people are trying hard to make a fun game for us - I don't think we need to be so corse as the original post comes across. |
