I remember after the update that gave us the 1st battle cruisers nothing worked and it was down for a few days till it was 'working' again in the loosest use of the word |

It sure does.
Thankfully I avoided the boot.ini issue due to being at work all day (work did something good?). I like the more recent "database issues that turned into 3 days of the server being down so they gave everyone a chunk of free SP". I don't even remember which patch that was, because it wasn't a big surprise. |

Im pretty confident CCP doesnt want me to have 2800 aurum worth of sp gain for free (or almost a whole merc pack) and I could of used it on an alt which is where the copy of gear is going if I get to keep it, thats why I used such a colorful word. |

I kinda enjoy the instabattle actually. I like not know what I am going to get and really this is the only way to get players to try the different game types since Skirmish seems to be the one stop shop for most players.
