I am currently missing about 5k of aur, wondering if anyone else is experiencing this issue, i looked up my playstation network records to confirm my suspicion and I am correct that I am missing aur. |

All of my AUR disappeared halfway through last build. CCP didn't respond at all to topics about it, someone else had the same issue. Logged on to the wipe today, and still no AUR refunded. Also checked my PSN logs and I was indeed charged for it. So far, it sounds like if you get hit with this bug, you're screwed. I figured I'd just wait for the next build after getting no response to a couple topics on the matter, and I did; however, this kind of confirms my suspicion that CCP somehow doesn't have the record of the purchase. |

CCP would have backups from the previous build.
Any company worth their salt would always backup data before a new build.
Don't worry, I'm sure they'll get around to it after they fix the major issues plaguing the new build. Some people can't even get into the game. |

have around 6.500 AUR, 4000 from the merc pack and 2500 from the store cause i wanted to try out the MAG dropsuits. On official release i would get very angry if the amount of AUR is not correct. |

ya well i did not see any topics so just wanted to make them aware of the issue. I am honestly not expecting much response from them atm but either way. |

I don't expect a response quickly right now, but what worries me is there was no response on the exact same issue for the entirety of last build. It was like they were purposely ignoring it, with dev answers in threads all around it =/. |

That's the problem, I don't think we will. Whatever system they use to reimburse AUR between builds is almost certainly going to be the same one they use to reimburse AUR when the game launches, and since we don't seem to be on the list, I doubt we'll get it then, either.
Is there even a way to send a petition in the beta? Threads on this issue have been 100% ignored. |
