Just wanted to pop in and say Hello, and thanks for keeping up the good work!
I'd like to give some feedback on the kb/m support thus far. First off, THANK YOU again for adding this feature. However far from perfect it may be, the first thing I did when I jumped in was make two crack shots with a sniper rifle with my very first two mouse clicks. I usually suck with the sniper!
I'd like to see a mouse acceleration feature, if not a higher sensitivity setting. It seemed like no matter how high I set mine, swinging the mouse around as fast as possible produced little more than a rolling motion to either side at a steady pace. Twitch gamers would suffer immensely from this, and while I understand there is a netcode issue with tracking precise mouse inputs as well as a balance issue with mouse users completely dominating controller users, it wouldn't be right to take away from the functionality of a peripheral just to nerf it.
Also, while I'm certain the feature has simply not yet been implemented, I would to formally request customizable keymapping for keyboard controls, etc. While you folks have whipped up a decent keyboard layout, I have died umpteen times due to my uneasiness pressing the capslock button (I always hated being the guy on the chat going "HEY GUYS WHAT'S UP?") to switch weapons, as well as throwing grenades and melee attacks.
Lastly, please make it easier/possible to navigate the menus, NeoCom, merc quarters etc. with the keyboard and mouse. Having to switch between my controller and my keyboard in order to pick a dropsuit every time I spawned was quite unnerving.
Thanks for reading, and feedback would be greatly appreciated! |

Confirming the addition of Keyboard/Mouse is awesome. Just played a match with it.
1. Add an option for default. Twice in a match while using the keyboard mouse, everything halts when the controller goes off. I don't really need it during the match, so there should be an option for Dust to ignore this. 2. With that option in place, then you can add interface specific settings. For example, when you enter a match, you press [triangle] for the default spawn point. You kind of have to press every button at first until you realize that it corresponds to what that button is used for, in this case, CTRL for crouch. With the default option, you can then use something simple. like Enter. 3. See if you can chat with the keyboard without having to open the playstation text input control. 4. Check to insure you're using the mouse to the best of its abilities in the interface. Try changing tabs in the options when you're using a keyboard/mouse. You end up raising the sound settings before you just switch to the controller. :p 5. As mentioned by above, Caps Lock is not a cool button for this function. (however, mouse scroll works fine). See if you can use the numbers.

Oh, use the mouse wheel if you have one. Scrolling with that changes the selections, mouse button confirms. The only time I had to touch my controller during a match was to turn it back on. |

I will have to adapt this feature!
Although it's not autonomy, it simplifies using joystick controls. |

Having an actual cursor to interact with menus with would be nice. Also, the sensitivity caps out fairly low. But overall an amazing change. It really is so much better playing with the keyboard and mouse. |

Are they keys on keyboard and mouse rebindable? because that's often a big deal breaker. |

For those of us that don't have a spare keyboard/mouse the game has become no-contest for us. Yes I prefer KBM but the handheld controller was a great equalizer. |
