Villore Sec Ops is FW according to the system they are in.
Villore is the primary highsec hub for capsuleers involved in Factional Warfare on the side of the Gallente Federation. As such it has developed into a minor trade hub as well (though it is not as functional is it could be as Oursulaert is only four jumps away), and pirates as well as enemy militia members frequent the adjacent system of Old Man Star.
Villore is the administrative capital of the Federation, with the headquarters of two of the three top level Federation government institutions - The Supreme Court and The Senate. Nearby Ladistier is the home of the The President.
Also Crux and Oursulaert are high FW areas as well. I'm assuming they are preparing for the build after Precursor. |

Crux is the constellation that Gallente-Caldari fight over a lot and home to Luminaire. |

I got switched to Caldari, which I think was what I selected when making the character. (Imperial Guard before)
Are there going to be racial equipment bonuses in the final release, because I can forsee some folks unfamiliar with EVE getting burned by their random choices in the beta now that our characters aren't getting completely deleted. |

At the time of the final wipe, you can still delete your character and create a new one with the same exact name and different race and bloodline...
I hope there will be initial racial bonuses that cane get over come with a months worth of cross training, nothing too severe... |
