20:00 GMT is 16:00 EDT
it would be 15:00 for us (I'm in Ohio too - cleveland) if it was EST, but that isn't till fall (remember - "Fall back" an hour - I program TZ stuff all the time - it is 4pm for us.  |

Unless you live in Indiana and have that weird thing where your TZ doesnt change at DST - stop saying its -5!
It is minus 4 hours in Eastern Time Zone until October - I have lived here my whole life - I write TZ software - GRRRRR |

I'm surmising that the posted counters are taking browser localization into account. I know my counter is correct for people viewing it in EDT. Your GMT post is the best one for people to look at if they don't get TZ stuff. Good post. |
