Here is a link to the post right at the beginning of this thread list: LINK. Why am I posting this? Because I am already tired of everyone complaining about this build being a "game-breaker". The link provided is a thread made by a Dust DEV regarding this build, it CLEARLY says within the TITLE: [Phase 1/3], "Duuuuhhhh what does this mean?!?!?!" you may ask? This means that there are 2 more phases in line before this build is even fully uploaded, in the meantime there will be an entire mainframe change-over, including a server re-boot and fresh hardware. OF COURSE it is going to be loaded with bugs, they are not done with it yet!
But CCP decided to be gracious to it's players and said: "This is Phase 1 of our journey to Singularity and a sneak peek of what you can expect there when we arrive!", this does not mean that this is the exact game we should expect, far from it, this is a small PREVIEW of new aspects of the game.
Like console prototypes it may still be bulky and ugly as they wrap up the bugs and new material but you can now see some glimpses of the new tech.
I am sure by phase 3 most of these issues all these people are stupidly quitting the game for will be long gone. The whole sentence screams: Not quite done with this yet, but we are giving you what we are currently working on.
Idk how nobody has realized this but normally you wouldn't even have access yet. It's not slated to even be finished for another week, we normally don't even get to play a full week and logically they have only uploaded the most stable version of what they have so far, probably what they finished two weeks ago.
In the meantime they probably have the new and improved version of what we have right now and are ironing the last of the glitches out of it.
That is how development works, despite how it may appear we do not get the newest material the instant it is made, imagine someone weaving millions of threads out of nowhere into a fabric, getting tighter and more cohesive the further you get away from the current work area, they throw us on the cloth that has the least holes as they tighten up the fabric and work on.
But for those people that are rage-quitting this game because of these glitches? Good riddance, this game requires more intellect then they apparently possess as they can't seem to even grasp the common sense facts that go with the fact that this game is in BETA.

Well you know, even if they don't we are still deep in beta.
There are 2 more phases just for this BUILD, they haven't even announced a release date yet, I am sure there are many more builds and phases along the way.
SO, with that in mind, yes, constructive criticism or suggestions (like this one) will certainly help CCP make this game better, it's just all of these people that create 30 threads complaining about something CCP is probably already working on that muddy up this forum and frustrate everyone else. |

Noprob dude, since I can't stop people from whining I just had to try to create an alternative viewpoint to all of this hate on here. I read those remarks before I played it and I almost didn't want to even bother playing the new build (which is actually very good despite some infrastructural bugs) |
