I can't seem to get into battles. I go to quick battle and then it just brings me to the player board and I sit there and nothing happens. Sometimes I see other people's names but most of the time it's just empty and I never get put into an actual match either way. I tried closing the client multiple times and that hasn't worked. And then after I quit out of the scoreboard I am unable to move my character and unable to use the start button. |

Same here... when I tried to quit it kicked me off and said the server was down |

Same here I can only be a spectator. Somehow I lasted the whole match but would not let me spawn in and still gave 2 salvage items?
I turned off machine a nd rebooted still no effect can't seem to get into battles. My triangle button doesn't work the only button that works is the PS button.
Edit. This is now my third time turning off and restarting to try to fix
Edit. Make that now four in a row this time locked up at the instant battle screen would not allow me to push any button except select to bring up the chat. |

OK on the fourth reset in a row made it further saw some names then went into an infinite loading screen.

i've rebooted about 4 times as well. i've only gotten the Infinite load screen as it tries to pull me in to battle. |

The only solution that works some of the time is to not use the instant battle and manually pick in battlefinder |

I have a question for CCP. Is this connected at all to the singularity test server? I mean, given the fact that this new build has come out early than expected, are you (CCP) going to address this by the end of the week? |

out of the 14 + matches i've tried to join manually or automatically, i've only made it into 3 skirmishes. 1 of which I was booted out mid match with no skill or isk rewarded-and was then unable to rejoin until a couple more resets.
quickjoin always leaves me hanging on loading screen with controller layout.
manual joins have me sitting in the 'initializing' screen showing all the other players sitting waiting for the match to start loading. I can still chat fine during the manual join.
Sometimes manual joins work-and other people i chat with have very similar issue and randomly get in when i dont. |

Ayup, that's what's been happening to me, too. Oh, well. It kept me from staying up late playing Dust, I guess. |

All the above for me too... joining battles manual, very hard requiring several attempts, and instant, never has worked, all seem broken badly. |

in the new build (8/15/12) my older brother tried to play and got in a few battles but had major conection errors where it would freeze and not join battles, I few hours later I tried playing Dust and couldn`t even play, the only time I joined without freezing is when it took 12 minutes to load and got no more further thenh that (I did hear a mic having connection errors though) |

One way that I found reliably gets around this is to manually select your battle and not use the instant battle option. |

Glad I'm not alone. This is its open on wensday we are being used hardcore for testing the buggy hold so the 21st is not buggy. Yay for being lab mice, at least they turned it on so soon, I consider this an advanced preview not the normal beta event experience |
