 Remote Explosives OP. Just add an extra second delay between when they hit the ground and they can be detonated.
 
 I'm tired of running to people at close range and getting one shotted by their stupid ass remote explosives.

 I just got killed by one. But I agree the close range stuff is really annoying when I'm blasting the guy with my gun and then bam! I'm dead just like that.

 They're already on it: REs will have a delay before they can be detonated and will have reduced capacity. (2, I believe)
 
 That said, they are not nearly as bad once you get used to combating them.
 
 -The most important thing is to recognize when your opponent has them out. Look out for those bent elbows.
 
 -If you're a Scout or speed focused Assault, charge them. REs are easy to suicide with and the user is otherwise defenseless with them equipped. I rush in to point blank range, kill them with my SMG, then continue running passed their corpse to avoid the posthumous detonation. (Note: they can only detonate after dying if they had REs equipped when you got 'em. If they switched to a weapon you're safe.)
 
 -If you aren't as fast or they have already dropped a couple in front of themselves, back up and engage from a distance. They have to choose between keeping the detonator handy or switching to a weapon to shoot back. Or you can take the opportunity to shoot the REs themselves. Some people with mad aiming skills can even shoot them out of the guy's hands or in mid throw. Whatever you do, keep your distance.
 
 -Check the ground around objectives before going in to hack. If you're rich in 'nades, chuck one in there to be safe.
 
 -Don't chase people around corners. RE guys love to bait people into traps.
