Personally just make tanks weak in the rear! If someone manages to get behind a tank it should take 1 or 2 shots from a swarm to the back to kill a tank. |

No thanks. Tanks are made to take massive amounts of damage, weak spots are just a crutch for players that don't want to work together to complete a common goal.
LOL Tanks have weak spots buddy or did you not know this? Tanks are very weak from the top, bottom, and rear! Why do you think IED's take them out or that the US created the Javelin because tanks armor is thinner on the top and bottom.
Now as to why it's weak from the rear should I even have to go there? One word "ENGINE"! Tanks were... are designed to be forward operating bombardment the tip of the spear so to speak and because of this it's the tanks greatest strength and flaw. All of the armor was placed to the front and sides. Tanks were used in the Iraqi war to move soldiers into urban areas while they are being transported. Tanks have proven to be a liability to roadside bombs.
The M1 Abrams MBT has since been modified to accommodate it's weakness but at the cost mobility and operation time because the engine had to be ramped up to pull the extra armor proving to be costly on fuel and maintenance... So either tanks have weak spots or they become snails... you take your pick. |

Tanks should have weak points and maybe be a little stronger from everywhere else. You as a tanker, need to have players work together to cover your flanks. Being aware of where the enemy is and keeping your front toward them is part of the skill of playing a tanker. You need to have situational awareness. Think about it, if someone manages to get behind you, they've probably worked together to keep you distracted while someone else flanked you. Tanks should be called in for a reason and should have infantry support and/or gunners to help spot for you.

Sure. Gear means something but not everything, you can still kill people with Militia gear who are using Proto stuff.
Bullshit! I have a new character made and can't stand to play because
1. my weapon shoots peas compared to proto weapons.
2. My militia suit is like paper to a proto gun especially if they have SP to increase the damage by 20%
3. There weapon also has more ammo.
4. The Have SP in decreasing recoil and spread.
5. LOL Creodron face it and you are dead if you wear a militia anything!
6. The proto suites shield regens way faster.
7. God forbid they have armor rep on the suit.
SP wins the game not skills. If you fall even a week behind you are screwed.
Hell even an unskilled or slightly skilled militia has no chance against a decent advanced setup. |

I can live with 2! |
