Sure. Gear means something but not everything, you can still kill people with Militia gear who are using Proto stuff.

I have a new character made and can't stand to play because 1. my weapon shoots peas compared to proto weapons. 2. My militia suit is like paper to a proto gun especially if they have SP to increase the damage by 20% 3. There weapon also has more ammo. 4. The Have SP in decreasing recoil and spread. 5. LOL Creodron face it and you are dead if you wear a militia anything! 6. The proto suites shield regens way faster. 7. God forbid they have armor rep on the suit. SP wins the game not skills. If you fall even a week behind you are screwed. Hell even an unskilled or slightly skilled militia has no chance against a decent advanced setup. Anecdotal evidence. When I started my character I was able to kill people with my starting gear when they were not in starting gear and I suck. Yes, also anecdotal. :) |

Darkz azurr wrote:tanks are so powerful simply because they have 3 men shooting missles and railguns at you constantly, if you wish to take one out . frankly i think tanks are a bit too powerful becauseof how strong there armour/shields can be added onto that 2 men shooting missles at you and one massive railgun all of wich can 1 shot anyone, i dont think any of the small turrets should be able to shoot behind the tank, wich still gives an ifantry man a chancento kill a tank as if he's tactical and gets behind a tank, he only has to deal with the main railgun, or the tank would have to turn giving the man time to run. tanks should be able to be taken out by 1 man, but not an easy task. in highsec where there is not going to be lots of teams of people all working together on mics, 1 proto tank could sit in highsec killing everything every match. Tanks can be taken out by one man, and it isn't an easy task...

If it was turning the camera the entire screen would be your aim, which it isn't, and all you would have to do is hit the fire button and everything in range would just die. |

It isn't aiming unless you're using l1 If that were true, as I stated before, I would only have to hit R1 and have everything within range start to die. You still have to aim, even without L1, to hit someone, as in, just like using L1, you need to be actually pointed at the guy. You're trying to use a semantic argument to make your point but you are simply wrong, even on the grounds of this being only an argument of semantics.
