These are some things i think should be looked at for the future.
High Sec
First of i think militant and standard gear should be allowed only. That means meta 1 suits modules and weapons. this will keep people from coming in and ruining the gameplay for newer players. Older players will be able to come have fun in high sec. it will just be that they will only be able to use full meta 1 fits.
There should be two major gameplay modes to choose from.
First is a bare bones. All meta 1 gear. And your skill bonus will not apply here. This would be the the recommended gameplay for newer players everyone is at a even stance on equips and no vets are in there using there skills for a advantage.
The second mode would be the same as the first but skill point bonuses do apply here. this is a great place for newer players to see how skills effect there killing and tanking. this will be where they see how the support skills effect everything. vets get to have there fun with better skills but still they are on the same lvl of gear as everyone else.
Low Sec
Much like High it will have two different gameplays.
First is Bare Bones. In this only up to meta 4 gear is allowed. Aka advanced. Again skill bonuses ate not attributed to gameplay leaving everone on a even playing field besides the gear you use.
for the second type anything goes the only difference between here a null sec is the isk made. Which i will talk about later.
Null sec everthing goes here
Skill point earning. Should be the exact same in all secs. this will keep everyone moving along at the same pace. newer players can keep up with the older players. now people will ask about skill point farming. it will happen a little but if someone is good they will play null or low for the isk.
Isk made. this is another big difference High sec will allow enough isk to pay for militant and standard gear. the horrible isk gain will keep out most people wanting to skill point farm.
low sec isk gain this will be enough to support paying for advanced gear. so people can use proto in the second game mode but it will not be cost effetive if they start dieing just a few times.
Now to Null. this should be your isk making area. high isk rewards to premote the use of full out proto battles. here is where people can isk farm. and if your a good player you will be able to get great sp rewards also making this a attractive area for good players to play.
Note on bare bones. the meta lvls will also apply to vehicles and there fittings.
sorry for spelling mistakes or grammer this was all done of my phone. |

I was hoping to get a little feedback on if this would be a great way to set up multiplayer or not.
I know there has been a few suggestions on how to set up multiplayer so vets do not get the advantage with there skills. I thought this might be a great way to handle it and also allow vets to practice there gun game in more friendly lobby.
thanks.

If you played call of duty you have play list to choose from. So what this idea is about is when new players come in they get put in with people that are equal to them. they can choose other play in other playl list like low or null sec if they want. But they have these lobbies that are suited to them.
This also works vice versa where a veteran can pick a high sec lobby but he will be limited to meta 1 gear. putting him on the same playing field as these newer players. This also allows veterans to meet and play with new players. corps can re re recruit easier this way. Or vets can have inexpensive fun while still gaining equal skill points.
You can see i mentioned having a lobby where skill points do not effect gameplay. The reason why is if someone with 20 mil sp comes in they will have a unfair advantage against someone who has just started.. I also extended that lobby type down to null for 2 reasons it for one lets people newer get use to playing with better suits without going against high sp players. And it gives the people who like to play on a even playing field a gameplay experiance they enjoy
and of coarse null all things go.
so yes you can easily choose a lobby that allows higher meta gear but new players have this even playing field to choose and veterans can join them and meet new people in the game.
I thought this idea would be much better then stuffing people into matches according to sp lvl and then getting stuck only meeting the same people all the time.
Glad you asked that question.
You can play in null sec right away. High Sec would be recommended for newer players. I am guessing anyone that starts on or near release will go to null right away. |

I thought that was more dealt with planet battles that effected eve corps.
But if that is the case you can easily manipulate this into different lobbies amongst high se. and once low and null are in place they can change it then.
