Just played a game.... I cannot describe how bad it was without the use of many, many expletives. I hacked the CRU's at the top of the map, placed drop uplinks, captured positions, basically everything you can do to assist your team get the upper hand.
And... to my absolute amazement my fellow 'team-mates' decided in their infinite wisdom to keep spawning at the southern most spawn point. PLEASE tell me their is a whole bunch of noobs signed up for this weekend! PLEASE!
If not, there is no hope, no hope I tell thee!  |

I know the feeling. When I put droplinks down they either ignore them or they spawn on them and just camp at the location. I had to tell them yesterday "I didn't put those down just so you could sit up there and camp". I mean technically I'm still new to the game but people I keep on getting on my team either lack common sense or just don't want to play as a team. I had a drop ship full of people, the enemy had all the points and they all refused to get out even when the objective was clear of enemies. In the end I just crashed the drop ship on purpose and made people get out that way  |

My dropship ate a railgun shot the other day, killed my entire crew compartment. I was the only one that survived that. |

Not my fault the sagaris perfectly shot in that crew hold. I seriously did try to avoid that. |

I know how dattwat feels. I've been on his team loads of times and he's always plugging away at the objectives. It's very hard to enjoy the game when it puts you with 11 snipers or just 11 people who don't understand how to win.

I played one game with you earlier, and I swear down we were the only 2 people doing anything. Noted sniper scores of 0-0 and 1-0. It'll be ok once the game releases/we get grouping. Next build hopefully. |

I defence of the people who don't help out...
One good tactic for taking a flag is to swarm it. But even with a well placed drop link it's tough for folks to jump in as they die, keep from revealing their location until they have four or five troops together, and then take the flag quickly.
Grouping and comms will make that kind of coordination a lot easier.
I have set up drop links and hacked CRUs just like the original poster and been frustrated in the same way. But in fairness what I was doing is just a logi/scout version of lone wolf. I'm not surprised when other players don't notice or can't get it together to make use of what I did. |

If your team are a bunch of idiots, lone wolfing is what you should do. Just go alone for the objective furthest away from your team :)
And cuss them for being incestuous scum. Or whatever feels right. |
