According to IRC Chat that fellow mercenary Zion Shad had discussed with CCP last night the next build is going to have good news and bad news.
Bad news first
SP ISK items and Stats are getting reset because....
Good News
We're moving onto Singualrity Hardware/Node
So for you not so up to date on eve, may be sitting there thinking what is 'singularity'?
Singularity is test sever and is the only other server running a copy of eve thats normally open to the paying public.
While not on the same hardware as 'Tranquility' eve online's live and only server, Singularity USED to be that hardware.
This is also where developers allow the paying public to test things before they copy them over to Tranquility.
So what does this mean for you as a merc?
1 The possibilty of orbital bombardment.
2 NDA lifting? (unlikely)
3 Talking to real eve players and even having voice chats with them as they test with us.
4 Improved item recollection performance so long lists of dropsuit fittings and market will go much more faster.
5 Possible interation of FW
6 Will be the last hardware move until launch.
Then another peice of Bad News.
Singularity is notorious for being offline at times when developers are playing with bulldozers in the sandbox. |

Nothing offical and devs are going home for the weekend so unless somone who is IRC chatting up with developers and they spill the beans we wont find out but Im sure well find out by tuesday next week if its going to be next week or not. |

Reset being a SP/skills wipe while keeping our character intact.
Reset being a skills wipe, but being refunded SP like our Aurum is.
I'm fine either way, just curious.
Basically you keep your name, bought aurum, bought packages, and all issued awards. |

Well isk, isk items, kill records are gone too. so any protosuits you had you can say good bye.
Also since 'fits' are technically items they're likely to be deleted as well.
However HOPEFULLY the next build will have lots and lots of goodies. Like electronic warfare.
So basically you start over with your name, the aurum you got so far, the merc pack if you bought it and all the award suits from previous events if you partipicated and possibly if we are lucky all the awarded SP and isk again. |

[nit picking] There's also Duality. Not used much except for extreme stress testing. E.g. Time Dilation was tested on Duality before it went to SiSi [/nit picking]
There is also multiplicity server as well which is like... rarely ever if when ever online. |

No confirmation all we know that there is a massive list of things that needs fixin and ccp said they're aware of it but we dont have the patch notes. |
