in ma surya, after we redlined the enemy team. they all went AV trying to kill my tank for points since a win was now out of the question since most were rage quitting and they were all prairie dogging behind the crest of a hill....

4 guys peek up to get me with swarms and in all in the same chain of shots from my railgun.....

Not my most awesome, but my cheapest most awesome kill today:

It was killing that really good infantry Omnisomething Zero guy while defending a point from the tower in my Eryx as a gunner. He rushed in there to cap a point and I shot him with my prototype small launcher, and he kept hacking, shot again.. and again.. and again.. thinking to myself Did he leave?.. and again.. and after 5-6 missiles landing within a few feet of him, I finally killed him and was one of his two deaths. I call it a hero cap, expecting it to be some militia missile or something, and shrugging it off as he heroically finished the cap. Many try it, he nearly succeeded.

Then I did it again in another game, and another teammate who was with him.

Another encounter with him, in the first game, was when I was flying around waiting for a gunner to spawn in my ship, and I was ant squishing targets of opportunity. I saw him in a firefight, and swooped down to get him, and he dodges my cumbersome dropship.. then we had this stand off, where he was under a pipe, and had put out 2 Remote Explosives.. daring me to try squishing him again... it was like a western showdown.. then some forge gun hit me, and I ended up losing the ship after trying to get out of range. But it was worth it.

it was worth it failing to squish him, then getting popped by a forge gun after he was loling at you to your face?

Sure, it was amusing to be found in a stalemate with an infantry guy.

I have 6 million ISK that'll be gone probably next weekend, which comes to about 46 of my best vehicles. Skills will be gone, KDR will be gone, ISK will be gone.. nothing to take serious at this point, right? I didn't die by the FG btw, I rarely do.

Yeah he couldn't ignore me or I'd squish him, and I couldn't attack where he was. So it ended up he had help before I did. I think it was the first time I've seen where someone actually defended themselves successfully without hiding in a deep corner.

one thing ya gotta know about me bud, i dont troll unless someone is QQing or trolling themselves. That or simply being ridiculous.

If there are no shenanigans in your post, ill answer ya with all due respect, since i have no idea who ya are in RL lol, i give people the benefit of the doubt.

If ant-squishing schenanigans aren't enough I'll have to try harder. ;)

Back to the awesome kills! Trying to recall some legit ones.

while it is close to shenanigans, im a firm believer of being able to do whatever you want in-game as long as its not an actual bug or exploit.

Its not about whether or not you CAN do something, its about whether or not you SHOULD.

Dont arbitrarily tell me i cant do something in game just cause you think its cheap....let me pay for it in the large amounts of ISK i lose for playing like a douche lol.


edit: and if playing like a douche doesnt cause you to lose a lot of ISK, then you arent doing it wrong.....might not be doing it right, but its not wrong...

Too many good ones to count really. But last night I had a fun one, call it the satisfaction of revenge.

We were the attackers, and I had called in my tank (Surya, Railgun L). The defenders were a bit aggressive and started shooting at me with their forge guns, so I pulled back, but alas, they had another tank (Surya, Railgun L), and he killed me

I quickly respawned in my dual Damage mod fitted Wyirkomi Swarm Launcher fit, and took him out in just three shots. He callend in another tank, and it went down fairly quickly as well, 5 shorts from my SL I think.
2 for 1. I can live with that.
