Wassup fellow Dusters?! First I want to give props to my main man Nano for his tireless efforts to help Shadow Company become a premier destination for anyone looking to play with a solid team with an established foundation in structured gaming.
SC has been around for nearly 4 years now. We started as a PS3 exclusive community and participated in many of the platform's greatest shooter titles including COD, Battlefield, Killzone and Resistance. We have recently branched to Xbox as well in order to provide our members more options and to create a more diverse player base.
We have always maintained a "friends first" approach and value the characteristics that organized team play brings to any successful title. Community leadership is very excited about the prospects of Dust 514 and the unique and persistent universe that is New Eden. Finally we have a game where every skirmish and battle matters and where smart and dedicated players make all the difference. Our approach to Dust 514 will calculated, methodical and always with a focus on long term goals.
We have the logistical assets to create and develop a well organized and stable team with experienced leadership who guide a community of over 400 members. We will encourage our player base to specialize and become subject matter experts in their skill set. Our goal is to field well balanced teams that are flexible and capable of adapting to changing battlefield conditions. Proven players will advance to the various field leadership positions as they become available.
While we do not have an established EVE corporation embedded within Shadow Company, we are open to establishing positive relations and possible alliances with any organization that shares our values and our goals. Of course we do have current and former EVE players among our ranks already and while our intent is to operate as an independent Dust corporation we will be constantly evaluating the intricate dynamics of the two communities and adjust our long-term strategic goals accordingly.

Well it looks like the Devs are making us wait just a little longer before releasing any details about the next build. But that doesn't mean you should wait to sign up with a great team who is committed to a long-term strategy designed to stake a claim within New Eden. Shadow Company is just such a team. Just finished reading the patch notes and cannot wait for Monday to get here. Codex will def bring some enhancements to gameplay and refresh anyone who has been grinding hard all September. With Corp functionality spinning up, Shadow Company is excited to transition into the next evolution of the Dust 514 Beta.

This is a general standard that offers some consistency and works well with most contemporary shooter titles.
However, the persistent 24/7 nature of Dust 514 has us thinking that this model will be too restrictive. So we will probably organized structure training and playtime on a more consistent daily basis and have members rotate into those days that best conform to their schedules.
We have members from around the world and as such hope to maintain a constant watch and be able to assemble Quick Reaction Forces around assigned leadership at all hours. The single shard server will not restrict the players from different regions from coordinating efforts.
In short, we expect it to be a very fluid and less restrictive structure than we have used in the past. Regardless, we always understand when members must put their real life before their gaming from time to time. |

You know what is a great problem to have? So many SC players on that we gotta run multiple Squads every night!! That certainly gets our hopes up for expanded party options but for now we're just happy to have so many great folks to play with.

Alright alright alright....this much recruitment activity and the game isn't even out yet!! But you know when that day comes Dust 514 is going to be HOT HOT HOT.
We love it and cannot wait. Don't wait to the last minute to get in with a great group of players who care about TEAM play and TEAM victory. Jump on our HQ Website and get the ball rolling within a couple minutes. Validations are processed within 24 hrs and we are doing Meet & Greets almost daily. Once you are fully processed then you can apply for our in-game Corporation. It's growing everyday!!

So sorry to hear that. We only have a couple disqualifying criteria. I am curious what the reason was? If it was age then know that we do have a waiver for individuals who are deemed mature and responsible. We would just want to play a bit with you in-game and then could potentially vouch for you with the validation team. Let us know  |
