I'm sorry, but that text just looks like rambling.
There doesn't seem to be any information nor sources to back them up in that post. |

We should have more info on this before downtime tomorrow. Please accept my apologies for any confusion this may have caused. Thanks for at least posting this. Now, if only CCP Iceland could help us with that heatwave we are having...
Also keep in mind this game is being developed by CCP Shanghai, with a largely dev team who has never even heard of EVE Online and probably don't how CCP Iceland want it.
Probably explains a lot of the discrepancies on some of the design choices. |

Actually I much prefer the EVE Microtransaction policy at the moment.
All Aurum items in EVE are purely cosmetic. There are no bonus to stats, no bonuses to fitting requirements. Don't affect the core gameplay AT ALL
I'm all for charging Aurum for things like SP boosters, but things like weapons with better stats (fitting requirements), I'm still on the fence about.
Also these Aurum policies would have no doubt come from CCP Iceland.
I was more refering to gameplay choices such as small cramped maps, the Ambush game mode, the centralised market, each race not having their own line of suits with their own weapons traits, down to more trivial things, like the MCC being tiny and move incredibly slow. |
