I'm sorry for this request. I'm even sorrier it makes me sound like an old man (I'm only 31!).
The thing is, the forum is very dark and has bright white letters. It is also usually surrounded by much lighter windows on the monitor. If it is in full screen mode, the monitor itself is surrounded by lighter surfaces. The problem is that the contrast is killing my eyes. After spending a day on the forums (sorry, can't play. I'm at work) my eyes hurt.
Can the forums be made lighter or at least I be given the option for them to have a personalized design?

See, this is me, but with the flat black background they use for their DevBlogs on the EVE community site. I can at least tolerate the dark gray and white, though only for an hour or so. And I'm 23. |

A lot of browsers have the option that disable CSS in the forum. Firefox, for example, has it under View > Page Style submenu. Alternatively, you can look for plug-ins or add-ons like NoColor (Firefox) that removes background images and colors while keeping the layout. Just look for "colorblind" in the plug-in section of your fav browser. |

You are welcome! If you manage to find a nicer plugin for Firefox or maybe something for Chrome, Opera or Safari, feel free to post it here :) |

A fix for the 'draft saved' jitter that starts to happen when posting would be welcome. Oh my eyes... |
